The meeting will be a case study as presented by Jude Avelino, of Avelino Law, LLP, in Summit, NJ and New York City, NY, and Alan Ponce, Assistant Vice President with Aon, to review a presentation titled "Business Liquidations Happen.  This program will set forth estate planning techniques and provide various scenarios around the sale of a privately-held business.  This will be a virtual meeting through RingCentral Meetings and will begin at 12:30 p.m.  A web conference link will be emailed ahead of the meeting.  It can be accessed via web browser, but downloading the meeting software will give the most immersive experience.
