Michael Gregory had 28 years of experience with the IRS in a variety of capacities. He has written 12 books focusing on IRS issues, business valuation and conflict resolution. He will discuss how the IRS works as it relates to the Estate and Gift Tax Program and address pertinent changes in the organization. He will describe how classification works at the IRS on estate and gift tax audites, how to avoid an audit, and how to work with IRS personnel if audited in order to resolve any conflict.
